My Cabinet of Curiosities show is now up and running at the new Chicago Magic Lounge, 5050 N Clark Street. The place is set up like a speakeasy, so from the outside it looks like a laundromat. Some old magic handbills posted by the door are the only hint to the wonderful goings-on inside. Step through the front door, and it still looks like a laundry — until you find the hidden switch that opens the secret door…
